2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account. 2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdt83 may request identity verification at any time. If the requested documents are not submitted within 7 (seven) business days, the account may be temporarily suspended. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdt83 currently supports the following mobile payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These are the most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each payment method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must be made only from your own mobile banking account.
• Payments through third parties are not accepted and such transactions are subject to investigation.
• Only one bdt83 account may receive deposits from a single payment account.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process is not complete.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement of an active bonus is fulfilled.

3.4 Transaction Disputes

If a dispute arises regarding any transaction, the support team must be notified within 48 hours. Complaints filed after this period may not be considered. bdt83 keeps records of all transactions and the final decision on dispute resolution rests with the platform.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bdt83 can receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified period from the time the bonus is granted.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred or withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Some games may not count toward bonus wagering — contact the support team for details.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled and an investigation will be conducted.

4.4 VIP Program

bdt83's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases at each tier:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on overall gaming activity. VIP benefits are subject to bonus terms and conditions and may change from time to time.

5.1 General Gaming Terms

5.2 Technical Errors

If any round is left incomplete due to a software or server error, bdt83 management will make a decision through investigation. • Taking coordinated action to unfairly obtain bonus benefits ("bonus hunting").
• Attempting unauthorized modifications or hacking of the platform's software.
• Playing games using automated scripts or bots.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward platform staff or other members.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
